The victims stated that the suspect, identified as Oscar Danilo Baltodanogarcia, had pointed a gun at their stomachs. However, one of the victims was unsure if Baltodanogarcia was the person who had pointed the gun, though he did confirm that the owner of the pickup truck parked in front of Baltodanogarcia's apartment was the one who had done so.
