"If you volunteer for a three-hour shift, you get the Hiawatha T-shirt, which actually isn't available for purchase. If you work a second shift, you get half of your purchase price for your ticket back, and if you work the third shift, then you get the second half."The festival's ticket tent coordinator, Charles Johnson, shared his enthusiasm for the volunteer experience, highlighting the joy of reconnecting with fellow festival-goers. "Seeing all my friends from the festival, that I know from here. It's the social interaction and the music too, but it's more seeing all my friends I haven't seen for a year," he said.
