Bringing Joy and Community to Braintree's Youngest Residents

A Sensory-Friendly Start to the Day

The "Kids' Day" event will once again begin with a special sensory-friendly hour, catering to children with sensory processing needs. During this time, all games and activities will be available, but there will be no music or announcements until 11 am, creating a calmer and more inclusive environment.

Celebrating Brewster Ambulance's 10th Anniversary

This year's "Kids' Day" celebration is being sponsored by Brewster Ambulance, who is marking their 10th anniversary of providing emergency medical services to the Braintree community. Brewster personnel will be on-site with their vehicles, equipment, and demonstrations, allowing the community to learn more about the vital services they offer.

A Fun-Filled Day for the Whole Family

In addition to the sensory-friendly activities and Brewster Ambulance's presence, the "Kids' Day" event will feature a variety of games, bounce houses, a free cookout lunch, and ice cream for all attendees. This annual celebration is a beloved tradition in Braintree, providing a fun and engaging day for the town's youngest residents and their families.

In the event of rain, the "Kids' Day" celebration will be held on Thursday, July 25th, from 10 am to 2 pm. Residents with any questions are encouraged to contact the Braintree Recreation Department at 781-794-8901.
