Sausage Balls
Whether you serve these as an easy appetizer idea or add them to your holiday brunch spread, homemade sausage balls are a crowd-pleaser any time of day. We created the recipe in our Test Kitchen for the perfect balance of cheese and sausage. Adding fresh chives gives each bite subtle onion flavor and a touch of color.

8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
-

-
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Directions
-

Add cheeses and chives; mix well.
-
Divide mixture into about 1 1/2 Tbsp portions and roll into 1 1/2- inch balls. Arrange on prepared pan.
-
