Ingredients

⅔ plain low-fat yogurt or plain whole-milk Greek yogurt

¼ cup bulgur

3 tablespoon milk or refrigerated coconut milk

2 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon snipped crystallized ginger or 1/4 tsp. ground giinger

¼ cup blackberries
Directions

In a bowl stir together the first five ingredients (through ginger). Divide mixture between two half-pint jars. Top with blackberries. Cover and chill overnight or up to 3 days. Stir before serving.
