Ingredients

  • 2 cup fresh lemon juice (8 to 10 lemons)

  • 1 cup Almond Simple Syrup or almond beverage syrup (such as Torani®)

  • 4 Fresh rosemary sprigs

  • 1 cup club soda

Directions

  1. In a 1 1/2-quart pitcher combine 2 cups fresh lemon juice, 1 cup Almond Simple Syrup or almond beverage syrup, and 4 fresh rosemary sprigs. Cover; chill 2 hours or until ready to serve. Stir in 1 cup club soda and serve in ice-filled glasses. Makes 4 cups.

Almond Simple Syrup

In a saucepan heat 3/4 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar over medium-high 5 minutes, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Stir in 1 1/2 tsp. almond extract. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 week.

Tips

For a boozy version, substitute an equal amount of Amaretto liqueur for the Almond Simple Syrup.
