Peach-Berry Slump
Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

⅔ cup sugar

1 ½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup milk

2 tablespoon butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ cup water
-
½ cup sugar

1 16 ounce pkg. frozen sliced peaches

2 cup frozen raspberries

Dulce de leche ice cream (optional)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl stir together the first five ingredients (through salt). Add milk, butter, and vanilla; stir just until combined. Set batter aside.

In an oven-safe 4- to 5-qt. pot combine water and the 1/2 cup sugar Cook and stir over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves. Pour into a glass measuring cup and set aside. Add peaches and berries to the pot; Spread batter evenly over fruit (may not completely cover fruit). Drizzle sugar-water over batter.

Bake, uncovered, 1 hour 15 minutes minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly. Serve warm. If desired, top with ice cream.
